Important Requirements & Restrictions:
- You must purchase BOTH the Upper Parts Kit and this Installation Service for installation to be performed.
- No send-in slides accepted — this service is only available with new slide purchases.
- No parts are included with this service.
- Installation applies only to the slide purchased in the same order.
This service is intended for customers who want a fully assembled slide at the time of purchase.
