Due to the constantly changing legal landscape regarding firearm parts, accessories, components, and precursor parts, certain products may be restricted from shipment to specific jurisdictions.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring the legality of any product in your location.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
It is the customer's sole responsibility to:
- Understand applicable federal, state, county, city, and local laws.
- Determine whether a product is legal to purchase, possess, receive, install, or use.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations applicable to their jurisdiction.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Freedom Unlimited Inc. reserves the right to:
- Refuse any order
- Cancel any order
- Restrict shipments

Orders determined to be prohibited or restricted may be canceled and refunded or issued store credit at our sole discretion.
PISTOL SLIDE RESTRICTIONS
Freedom Unlimited Inc. does not ship stripped slides, complete slides, or slide assemblies to the following jurisdictions:

- Puerto Rico
- Chicago, Illinois
- New York City, New York
For purposes of this policy, New York City includes:
- Manhattan
- Brooklyn
- Queens
- Bronx
- Staten Island
Additional jurisdictions may be added without notice as laws change.
THREADED BARREL RESTRICTIONS
Freedom Unlimited Inc. does not ship threaded pistol barrels to:
- California
- Connecticut
- New Jersey
- New York
- Massachusetts
- Illinois
- Washington
- District of Columbia
- Puerto Rico
Freedom Unlimited Inc. reserves the right to restrict additional jurisdictions as laws evolve.
80% RECEIVER BLANK RESTRICTIONS
Freedom Unlimited Inc. does not ship 80% receiver blanks, receiver kits, or related products to the following states and localities:

- Delaware
- Hawaii
- Illinois
- Maryland
- Massachusetts
- Minnesota
- Nevada
- New Jersey
- New York
- Oregon
- Rhode Island
- Vermont
- Washington
Restricted Cities

- Detroit, Michigan
- Omaha, Nebraska
- Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

CALIFORNIA ORDERS
Certain products shipped into California may require compliance with applicable California laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

- AB879
- Local Municipal Restrictions
Freedom Unlimited Inc. reserves the right to require additional documentation, dealer delivery, approved entity delivery, or cancel orders that cannot be legally fulfilled.
LOCAL RESTRICTIONS
Many counties, cities, and municipalities impose restrictions beyond state law.
Examples include:
- City ordinances
- County regulations
- Local possession restrictions
- Registration requirements
- Transfer requirements
Freedom Unlimited Inc. cannot monitor every local ordinance and therefore the customer remains solely responsible for compliance.
ORDERS PLACED IN ERROR
If an order is placed for a restricted product and shipment cannot legally be completed:
Freedom Unlimited Inc. may:
- Cancel the order
- Remove restricted items
- Issue store credit
- Issue a refund less applicable processing fees where permitted by law
Freedom Unlimited Inc. shall not be responsible for customer errors regarding legal compliance.
NO GUARANTEE OF LEGALITY
The presence of a product on our website does not constitute a representation or guarantee that the product is legal in your jurisdiction.
Products displayed for sale may not be available for shipment to all locations.

Customers should review this policy before every purchase.
