RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

By placing an order with Freedom Unlimited Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Warranty Policy, as well as our Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Checkout Notices.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA REQUIRED)
All returns, exchanges, warranty claims, and refunds require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Freedom Unlimited Inc.
No return will be accepted without an approved RMA number.
To request an RMA, customers must contact customer service and provide:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Billing Address
- Shipping Address
- Contact Information
- Description of Issue
- Photos and/or Videos if requested
Products returned without an RMA may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
REPORTING ORDER ISSUES
Customers must inspect all orders immediately upon delivery.
Any issues involving:
- Missing Items
- Incorrect Products
- Damaged Products
- Shipping Damage
- Defective Merchandise
must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Failure to notify Freedom Unlimited Inc. within this period may result in denial of replacement, exchange, refund, or warranty coverage.
STANDARD RETURN POLICY
Returns for unused products may be accepted within 30 days of delivery provided:
- Product is unused
- Product is uninstalled
- Product remains in original packaging
- Product is in resalable condition
- All accessories, manuals, and components are included
Approved returns are subject to:
- 5% restocking fee
- Original shipping charges deducted
- Return shipping paid by customer
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS
Returns requested after 30 days but within 45 days of delivery may be accepted at Freedom Unlimited Inc.'s discretion.
Such returns are subject to:
- Minimum 15% restocking fee
- Shipping charges deducted
- Inspection approval
No returns will be accepted after 45 days.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Clearance Items
- Sale Items marked Final Sale
- Special Order Products
- Custom Builds
- Custom Configured Products
- Installed Products
- Used Products
- Modified Products
- Serialized Components
- Closeout Merchandise
- Gift Cards
- Products marked "No Returns"
- Products marked "As-Is"
Freedom Unlimited Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet return eligibility requirements.
80% RECEIVER BLANKS POLICY
ALL 80% RECEIVER BLANKS ARE SOLD AS-IS AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for:
- Modified Blanks
- Drilled Blanks
- Milled Blanks
- Cut Blanks
- Sanded Blanks
- Altered Blanks
Any modification from original factory condition immediately voids any return eligibility.
RETURN CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
Returned products must:
- Be clean
- Be complete
- Include original packaging
- Include manuals and accessories
- Include all original hardware
Returns may be denied or subject to additional fees if:
- Packaging is damaged
- Items are incomplete
- Items are installed
- Items show signs of use
- Items are altered
Returns received in unacceptable condition may be returned to the customer at their expense.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Warranty claims require an approved RMA prior to shipment.
Warranty requests may require:
- Photos
- Videos
- Troubleshooting documentation
- Additional information requested by customer service
Freedom Unlimited Inc. reserves the right to inspect all products before approving warranty coverage.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Freedom Unlimited Inc. warrants covered products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship only.
Warranty coverage applies solely to the original purchaser.
Warranty periods:
Unassembled Products
- 30 Days from Delivery
Factory-Assembled Products
- 60 Days from Delivery
Warranty coverage begins on the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Normal Wear and Tear
- Cosmetic Wear
- Improper Installation
- Improper Assembly
- User Error
- Abuse
- Neglect
- Misuse
- Accidents
- Unauthorized Modifications
- Altered Products
- Improper Maintenance
- Use of Reloaded Ammunition
- Use of Improper Ammunition
- Gunsmith Modifications
- Painting or Coating
- Loctite or Thread Locking Compounds
- Damage Caused by Improper Tools
- Environmental Damage
- Corrosion
- Impact Damage
Any modification or disassembly beyond normal field servicing may void warranty coverage.
NORMAL WEAR ITEMS
The following are considered normal wear items and are not covered under warranty:
- Extractors
- Firing Pins
- Springs
- Barrels
- Recoil Assemblies
- Small Wear Components
Wear resulting from normal use is not considered a manufacturing defect.
WARRANTY REMEDIES
At its sole discretion, Freedom Unlimited Inc. may:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Replace with a similar product
- Replace with a product of equal or greater value
- Issue store credit
Refunds are generally not issued for warranty claims.
WARRANTY SHIPPING
First 30 Days
If a warranty claim is approved within 30 days of delivery:
- Freedom Unlimited Inc. may provide a prepaid return label.
- Replacement shipping may be covered.
After 30 Days
Customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Replacement shipping costs
unless otherwise approved in writing.
COSMETIC DEFECTS
Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function are not considered defects.
Customers must report cosmetic issues within:
7 calendar days of delivery
Freedom Unlimited Inc. reserves sole discretion regarding:
- Whether a cosmetic condition constitutes a defect
- Appropriate compensation
- Repair eligibility
- Replacement eligibility
DAMAGE DURING RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for properly packaging all returned merchandise.
Products damaged during return transit may be denied refund, replacement, or warranty coverage.
We strongly recommend using:
- Tracking
- Insurance
- Protective Packaging
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are generally processed within:
3–10 business days
after inspection and approval.
Refund processing times may vary depending on:
- Financial Institution
- Credit Card Provider
- Payment Processor
If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cancelled before shipment may be subject to:
- Credit Card Processing Fees
- Administrative Fees
- Restocking Fees
Custom-built, assembled, or special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production or assembly has begun.
CHARGEBACK POLICY
Customers agree to contact Freedom Unlimited Inc. before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in:
- Account Suspension
- Collections Activity
- Recovery of Fees
- Legal Action
Customers may be responsible for:
- Chargeback Fees
- Collection Costs
- Administrative Costs
- Attorney Fees
- Court Costs
to the fullest extent permitted by law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Freedom Unlimited Inc. shall not be liable for:
- Indirect Damages
- Consequential Damages
- Special Damages
- Punitive Damages
- Loss of Use
- Loss of Income
- Property Damage
- Personal Injury
arising from the purchase, installation, modification, or use of any product.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By purchasing from Freedom Unlimited Inc., you acknowledge and agree that:

✔ You understand that all returns require an approved RMA.
✔ You understand that warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects.
✔ You understand that modified, installed, or used products may not qualify for return or warranty coverage.
✔ Freedom Unlimited Inc. reserves the right to inspect, approve, deny, repair, replace, refund, or issue store credit at its sole discretion consistent with this policy.
