Freedom Unlimited Inc. is committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and fraud prevention procedures. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following Shipping Policy.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–4 business days.
Certain products may require additional processing time, including but not limited to:
- Custom Builds
- Complete Upper Assemblies
- Special Order Products
- Dealer Orders
- Bulk Orders
- Products requiring compliance verification
- Products requiring manual fraud review
Estimated processing times are not guaranteed and may vary based on product availability, order volume, holidays, weather, supplier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING METHODS
Freedom Unlimited Inc. utilizes various shipping carriers including:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
The shipping carrier is selected at our discretion unless otherwise specified during checkout.
Free Shipping promotions, when offered, typically ship via the most economical service available.
Shipping transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
BUSINESS DAYS
Business days are defined as:
Monday through Friday
Excluding:
- Federal Holidays
- Carrier Holidays
- Weekends
Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
SHIPPING ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Freedom Unlimited Inc. is not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Undeliverable addresses
- Address forwarding issues
- Customer data entry errors
If an order has already shipped, address changes may not be possible.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-routed or re-shipped.
BILLING AND SHIPPING VERIFICATION
To protect against fraud, Freedom Unlimited Inc. reserves the right to require additional verification before shipping an order.
Orders may be placed on hold or cancelled if:
- Billing and shipping information cannot be verified
- Fraud indicators are detected
- Identity verification is unsuccessful
- Payment information appears suspicious
- Use of VPNs, proxies, or anonymous browsing services triggers fraud screening
For manually verified orders, customers may be required to provide:
- Government-issued identification
- Verification of billing address
- Verification of payment ownership
- Additional supporting documentation
Failure to comply may result in order cancellation.
MANUAL VERIFICATION
Orders flagged for fraud prevention may be placed into Manual Verification status.
Freedom Unlimited Inc. reserves the right to request:
- Photo identification
- Proof of address
- Verification of payment method ownership
- Additional documentation deemed necessary
Failure to respond within a reasonable period may result in cancellation of the order.
RESTRICTED PRODUCTS AND JURISDICTIONS
Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all federal, state, county, municipal, and local laws before placing an order.
Freedom Unlimited Inc. reserves the right to:
- Refuse shipment
- Cancel orders
- Restrict products
- Request additional documentation
at any time and for any lawful reason.
Orders containing restricted products may require additional review and processing time.
CALIFORNIA AND OTHER RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS
Freedom Unlimited Inc. reserves the right to restrict, refuse, or cancel shipments to jurisdictions with laws affecting firearm parts, accessories, components, precursor parts, or related products.
Compliance requirements may change without notice.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are legal in their jurisdiction.
AGE REQUIREMENT
By placing an order, you certify that:
- You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
- You are legally eligible to purchase and possess the products ordered.
- You have reviewed and understood all checkout notices and restrictions.
RISK OF LOSS
All products purchased from Freedom Unlimited Inc. are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract.
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer immediately upon acceptance of the package by the shipping carrier.
Freedom Unlimited Inc. is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Misdelivered packages
- Weather delays
- Damage occurring after carrier acceptance
Customers are encouraged to select secure delivery locations and monitor tracking information.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, customers must notify Freedom Unlimited Inc. within 7 days of the carrier's delivery date.
Claims may require:
- Photographs
- Packaging documentation
- Carrier inspection
- Additional information requested by the carrier
Freedom Unlimited Inc. may assist with filing claims but is not responsible for claim outcomes determined by the carrier.
RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES
Packages returned to Freedom Unlimited Inc. due to:
- Incorrect address
- Refused delivery
- Failure to claim package
- Undeliverable address
may be subject to:
- Additional shipping charges
- Restocking fees
- Order cancellation fees
If a customer cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, store credit may be issued less applicable fees.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Freedom Unlimited Inc. is not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier service interruptions
- Weather events
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Labor disruptions
- Customs delays
- Supplier shortages
- Force majeure events

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, Freedom Unlimited Inc. primarily ships within the United States.
Any international order requests are subject to review and approval and must comply with all applicable export regulations.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders requested for cancellation after processing has begun may be subject to:
- Merchant processing fees
- Restocking fees
- Administrative fees
Custom-built, assembled, or special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation.
